The employees were great, the room was nice. My only complaint is that I now have to keep bugging them about my bill. I’m supposed to have a credit on my bill because I paid to have breakfast included. I spoke to the manager and he assured me I’d have a credit for each day regardless of whether I ate breakfast or dinner bc I explained their breakfast didn’t start until 8. Had I known I may not have prepaid bc I leave the hotel early. Most hotels I’ve stayed at breakfast starts much earlier. He said he understood and there would be no problem. It’s not a lot of money but it’s mine and I didn’t want to have to keep following up about it. There were no notes entered so the staff didn’t prepare my bill correctly. That’s my one complaint.

EVERYTHING! Staff was so lovely and accommodating especially Stephanie at the front desk, Isaac the valet and Chris the bartender. They gave us a complimentary upgrade and it was such a lovely suite we will most definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed the spacious room, and the coffee. The shower was excellent. The pool was nice, the hot tub was poor and unavailable to us the final day for maintenance. They offered ice cream bars at the pool bar, for a shocking $11 each. Outrageous!! Prices in their restaurant and gift shop also too high, higher than the other hotels along the same street.
