The hotel its self was nice. The staff was pleasant. We had an issue with our room and they switched us to ocean view with no issues. Food and drinks were good as well

The experience at this hotel was awful. We arrived late at night, jet lagged and tired. We were not offered any help with luggage even though we had suitcases, hand luggage and 2 sleeping small kids. I don’t expect everything to be open but a little gesture of help would have gone far. Upon check in, we were told breakfast wasn’t included even though we paid for it via Expedia upon booking but they couldn’t change the room type so told us to come back the next day. Not ideal to be honest. We had issues with giving them a card for the security deposit and them taking all the money from the account for all tabs which we didn’t approve. They ended up blocking out room access when we came back after a long all day trip, again with kids and very late at night, so we spent about 15 minutes at reception trying to sort the issue. They stopped the charges going through but no apology and then another wait for security to let us into our room. Honestly they treated us like criminals. Breakfast was nice, good range on offer but felt a little chaotic. Queues out of the door although lots of tables free. Service seemed good. We had a range of options and the only meal that was disappointing was the avacado on toast, tiny portion in comparison to the others which were very large. I needed another order of that to fill me up. Staff at reception were just rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. Valet team were incredibly nice so no complaints there. Wouldn’t recommend!

The hotel overall was as expected. The first room we had the AC didn’t work. So they quickly moved us to an upgraded room for free. The resort is being worked on. Renovation/construction all around. The pool was not impressive. Elevators weren’t working in multiple places. The restaurant and valet were nice.

Amazing stay at The Westin! Room and the facility were absolutely gorgeous and clean. Kind and friendly staff. Loved the access to the beach through the bridge. Starbucks on site and last but not least, my favorite part, morning yoga at the beach included for guests. Will be back.

Beautiful room, spectacular view, wonderful staff. The bedding was fabulous! The shower set up left the bathroom floor soaked so be careful. The elevators are slow and one of the three was out of service. You really had to pay attention to the elevator as it was easy to miss one when it arrived.

Wonderful stay at the Westin I booked this hotel for my friend and her daughter while she was competing in the Orange Bowl tennis tournament, and they absolutely loved their stay. The Westin exceeded expectations in every way. The hotel has a beautiful pool and all the amenities you could ask for—everything was truly exceptional. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge between matches. Highly recommend the Westin for families, athletes, and anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable stay.

The amenities were wonderful. Best bar on the strip downstairs and the pool bar was a blast too. Really enjoyed our stay

our room had a side view of the beach, but the beach itself is only accessed across a busy road. The walkover bridge has elevator which is helpful, but the road directly outside the hotel is busy day and night so a room at the front comes with a cost. The house restaurant is completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Long lines for your breakfast and only Mexican food for your dinner. Its a good idea to eat out! The staff are kept too busy here and the personal touch suffers as a result. Our main complaint though, is that whilst we had paid for our breakfast in the package, we were not prioritised in that long queue for breakfast each morning. We had to join the queue with other diners/walk-ins. This is fundamentally wrong, and will stop us ever returning, and if you dont like an indefinite wait for your food, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Good points were comfortable rooms, nice staff, nice pool.

Stayed here for 3 days before heading out to a cruise. We enjoyed the pool and the beach for a day while the weather was cooperating. The location was great with lots of great restaurant options nearby. The property also had an onsite Starbucks, Lavazza coffee and snack shop, great Mexican restaurant, a SIXT car rental company and a decent variety of fitness equipment that had a view of the ocean. I didn’t interact much with the hotel staff during our stay, but our rooms were cleaned everyday with zero complaints. I interacted with the third party services that were on site and their staff and received great service. Evan at SIXT car rental gave me an amazing deal on a Jeep.

Very clean hotel. Pool area was nice. Had a DJ on Saturday. Direct beach access. Waves had great food and easy access to Mexican restaurant
