Quiet complex with only monthly rentals allowed (per condo association rules). Beach access from condo complex. Quality furnishings in a great unit! Amenities include - pool, fitness center, tennis courts. Quiet end of island, across the street from Santini Plaza. Short distance to heart of downtown Fort Myers Beach.

Amenities and location.

Amenities and location. Great experience. Barry was a gracious host. High end linens and furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with the right tools to cook during our stay. Very clean. Laundry was nice! We had a family of four. It was roomy and we enjoyed our 6 week stay! Will be back and also recommend for our friends and family:)
