Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Very helpful if you could wash a load of towels and get them started in the dryer.
Strip the used bedding and leave on top of the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
