VACATION in this beautiful and spacious Cape Coral home right on the canal. Drink your morning coffee dockside of the canal of The Caloosahatchee River which leads out to the Gulf of America. We are very close to the mouth of the river that leads out to the Gulf. Great ease for boaters!

Fish off the dock...snook, crab, stingray! Walk or ride the bikes around the quaint Yacht Club neighborhood.

We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home. MINI VACATION/cleanup

Even though we were there only to clean up the house from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the pool and even got to see the dolphins in the canal. I will definately stay there again. The house was in a great location.
