We couldn't get on the elevator they were full and had bikes in it thr other one was held ou for the clean up crue it took better then a half hour to get down why do they start cleaning so early check out insist ttill 11

Our room keys never consistently worked. Usually one of the two would, but on our last morning, neither worked. I know it was also an usual cold snap, but the water wasn't hot our last morning. Beds were comfortable. Only one working elevator.

Convenient location. Breakfast ok continental. Bed comfortable. Shower needs some remodeling in tub near drain rusted. Refrigerator not cool. Staff did offer another room but same issue. Staff did come to look at refrigerator then a little cooler but don’t plan on placing items in it that you want to be chilled since refrigerator temperature doesn’t get much above room temperature. Overall hotel net our needs.
