Beautiful property, grounds and friendly staff! They offer both early check in and late check out and were so courteous about it. We really enjoyed the room and the kayaking and the cute al fresco breakfast was just what we needed before exploring Fort Myers beach

Staff were nice. The docks right outside the hotel were entertaining with lots of fish to sightsee. We heard dolphins and manatees visited at one point during our stay but we missed them. Overall, good and we would definitely return.

Very convenient location to Sanibel island. This is something I like the most about this place. Room is clean. However the mattress was outdated, hard, and uncomfortable. Breakfast had very limited options. I would expect better service if I am paying 140 dollars a night.

was a nice off island spot--simple drive in to beach or cheaper uber ride. quiet spot--nice courtyard--simple continental breakfast--which is courtyard--has it all and close to evrything--nice roomy rooms. easy check in--good on site parking--free.

Staff was very nice, I was able to ship a package to the hotel for my moms birthday and when we arrived the remembered it was my moms birthday that I had quickly mentioned when I asked if I could have the package delivered. Amenities were very nice as well. Loved the kayaks. Great stay overall

Liz and her staff are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend giving this place a try! I have lost confidence in customer service lately and the staff at Latitude 26 restored my confidence in outstanding customer service. Very pleasant stay and I look forward to returning soon. Joe, the front desk employee actually walked to a nearby bus stop to answer a question I had earlier in the day.
