Biggest problem was noise - the window unit is so loud it literally sounds like aircraft engines revving up, the walls are so thin we could hear literally every single word of our neighbors conversations, we could literally hear the crunching of their chips as they ate, (so seriously & literally) & yes all of the family with the 3 kids, The kids playing & jumping on the beds was so loud it gave me a headache.
They didn’t quiet down until a little after 2am , and there was no one in the front office to help, It was closed. You can hear every single car during morning traffic, and the rooms are maybe 5ft from the parked cars in the parking lot which means you can hear everything outside. And let’s talk about the shower head being 7ft up the wall & the shower curtain being so ill fitted & so long that it lines the bottom of the tub as you shower. There are gaping holes between the front door & the door frame. There are no dressers or drawers in the room just hollow plastic tube & cloth open cubbies BUT if you put anything in them the thing leans & starts to come apart-doesn’t seem to be handle anything but cotton balls. Bathroom is teeny with very little room for things like toothbrushes or toothpaste .
I asked to at least change rooms because of the noise that prevented me & my son from sleeping - nothing was available. My son & I spent our entire trip exhausted from lack of sleep.
