The location is perfect for the hospital which I was attending for treatment. Very short walk from the hotel. Plenty of parking which was great as parking is almost impossible at the hospital. Ground floor public areas are nicely and possibly recently decorated/refurbished. Most staff were very helpful and the chap serving in the restaurant both nights of our stay was brilliant - really funny. We really enjoyed the evening meals, but breakfast was just ok. Not worth £14 per person. What really let things down was the grubby, run down room. The curtain track was broken. Curtains were missing hooks at several points so looked terrible when we opened the door. The skirting inside the door had almost no paint on it and was thick with dust. There were stains all down the ripped wallpaper and the radiator was really dirty. Thankfully the bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean (but grubby between tiles, bath seal, ceiling etc). The light pink/lilac carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor was covered in dirty marks. To be fair, it could have just got dirty that week, which was pretty wet. I don't know if all rooms are in the same condition.Our room looked exactly like the ones on all booking sites so I suspect most rooms will be in a similar run down state. If the rooms were upgraded, I would probably give it another try and stay again.

Servicing of the room was poor. Bathroom bin not emptied, towels were short and bed unmade on one day. Room could have been much cleaner.

Very comfortable hotel in an ideal location

Very comfortable hotel in an ideal location in the West End. Plenty of amenities nearby. Bus Stops right around the corner. Staff very friendly. House keeping could be very noisy at times talking amongst themselves and banging shut doors - some travellers need to catch up on their sleep throughout the day! Overall a very pleasant stay!

L'hôtel est une trés grande infrastructure, mais le service et le personnel sont au top. Cet hôtel se trouve à plus de 5 miles du centre ville, il faut disposer d'un moyen de locomotion pour se rendre au centre de Glasgow.
