Staff responded quickly to request for attention to sink that did not drain well, toilet seat that was loose and no hair dryer in the room. Housekeeping was fantastic. It was quiet and safe. Waitstaff in cafe/bar were great. Convenient to the locations needed for me to conduct my business.

After Covid Hotels make standard the fact that they no longer have to clean the rooms or make the beds, only every 2 days, I asked for a cleaning service since there was a roach in my room, they didn't care

Did like that after two days there housekeeping didn’t make bed, change sheets, nor refresh towels. Had to stop at front desk for it each night and the one person om duty kept apologizing for the staff.
