I expected a free breakfast, but was refused one..your advertising said..included..trick wording, needed a code and $$ to be included, should have gone to where it is free..Hampton, Hyatt, Hilton and Holiday Inn..those are my new ones, not you.

The lady who checked us in Crystal was so nice! She accommodated our request for a first floor room with two queen beds. We had a nice conversation about her cat Jacks (Boots) she got for her Mom when her Mom’s dog got hit by a car. Crystal is very special - please keep her and have her train others!

The facility advertises happy hour w/ appetizers and there was none. The room air conditioner did not work correctly and leaked all over the carpeting. There was mold in the base of the shower around perimeter and on the ceiling. Management was made aware of the issues.
