Perfect location for the airport , great shuttle service to and from and available 24hrs, super friendly staff, nice comfy restaurant with decent pricing and good food. Not the best for a double tree

I arrived early and just wanted to pay for an extra day because I arrived in the middle of the night but when I tried to ask could I just check in the front desk clerk had a major attitude and barked at me that they were sold out, I work for a major hotel chain and understand what that means but that’s all she kept saying to me not letting me get one word in. Never got my warm cookies one reason I like to stay with double tree. No room cleaning and had to call front desk more wash clothes and lord no extra toilet paper!

The staff was very friendly, and the Bar & Grill was amazing, the food and drinks were great. The room was dated, which I could live with, but the carpet in the room was horrible and sticky, there was also lots of what looked like urine stains on the floor.
