There was a parking fee noone mentioned until it showed on my bill. I paid cash for 2 bottles of water and was also charged to my room. I called for both of these complaints and no one will make it right! The shower had to be cleaned of left over hair when we got there.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable - and the clerk who checked us in was remarkably personable. All the staff was helpful and attentive. The adjacent Mulligans Restaurant offered a good selection of items for dinner and breakfast, and the staff there was also attentive and friendly. This is SO close to the Sawgrass golf course - don't even think about staying anywhere else!
