I am absolutely livid. My husband and I are staying at this hotel for two nights. We were informed when we checked in that there were three wedding blocks. Both my husband and I went to sleep at 9:30pm. I am pregnant so don’t stay up late ever. At around 1:23am the room phone rings waking both of us up and asking us to keep it down in a very rude manner by the front desk attendant Brian. My husband said you have just woken us up we haven’t been awake or making noise for hours. I was shocked by this that I called the front desk back. Brian again was very rude and accusatory. I said it is literally impossible that sound was coming from our room. He basically was saying well I don’t believe you. I have found it very hard to sleep during my pregnancy so to be woken up at this hour is horrible. I am unable to fall back asleep Check the time that I am making this complaint. Horrible customer service. I am surprised this is how Hilton treats their clients.
