Great Hotel!

My son was admitted to Jacksonville Memorial in an emergency. This hotel was very accommodating and gave us peace of mind while going through a difficult time. So thankful for the clean and safe hotel room. It is also located in an area that has lots of food and shopping options.

Clean rooms. Rooms are not quiet. Lots of road noise, loud a/c, and construction. Free breakfast not very good and if you go down there later in the time frame, there was not much left and when I asked if they would refill food I was told no with a half a hour left.

Close to Mayo clinic, God breakfast. needs to improve coffee station coffee was bad, more healthy breakfast options or diabetic friendly will be good for those can eat muffin for breakfast. Clean room comfortable bed, The gym needs some upgrades on equipment . Good in general.

Best value near Mayo

Perfect hotel if you need to to go to mayo Clinic, only one exit away , they have a shuttle which saves you a lot of money and walking. Wonderful staff, a great value.

COLDEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR IN FLORIDA WITH ICE & snow and our room had NO HEAT. Said no other rooms available so we asked for extra blankets but our room was FREEZING ALL NIGHT. At 10:30 am the next morning two workman replaced the unit, so at least our second night was better. But, for being “ newly renovated” the bathroom towel rack was barely mounted on the wall, the carpet was stained, and the refrigerator was standing on one foot, making it wobbly and it would slide out every time you opened the door. Ditto for the microwave. They told me I would be compensated for the first night, but they couldn’t tell me how much and when it would be. So we’ll see.
