We left the room at 7 am for Mayo clinic got back to the room at 5.45 the room was not clean i went to the front desk and ask she said she didn't know but she page housekeeper to come and clean the room whit us in the room when we wanted to relax after a tired day to me is poor costomer service very disappointed not worth the money i pay i would not recomended to no one they need more help poor management

The staff was absolutely wonderful & helpful. The front desk went out of its way to assure all was good. The only negative was that the pool was not heated so it added no value. That information was incorrect and should be updated.

Everything was great except the elevator was next door and it vibrates the whole room when running. The washer and dryer were also next to us and you could hear when the washer was spinning. We didn’t get much sleep. Room 124.
