The hotel was clean and in a great location. However, we found hair o the sleeper sofa sheets indicating the sheets hadn't been washed. There was also candy and wrappers under the bed.

The rooms were ok but the patio by the riverfront was nasty. Tried to sit outside and the furniture was nasty. Elevators smelled like a wet mops I must likely don’t ever stay again.

Good Place

A very nice place to stay if you are in town for an event near Maggiano’s. There’s a nice sitting area behind the hotel that overlooks a lake with lots of seating. Pool is also very nice. Good showers and comfortable.

The stay was fine but I was disappointed they would not offer a little charity to me after I mistakenly booked the wrong night. Had I known I would probably have not booked with them again and found something a little cheaper. I understand it’s a policy, but it was a completely honest mistake and it would have given me a nicer opinion of a company that showed some forgiveness.
