Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is designed to host up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed, while the great room includes a sectional sofa that pulls out for additional sleeping space. Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, along with clothing storage, hangers, and an iron for convenience.

Living and entertainment
An open-concept great room connects seamlessly to the terrace, creating a light-filled gathering space. You can unwind with an HDTV equipped with Roku (guests are expected to provide their own login credentials) or simply sit back and enjoy the sweeping views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling sliders.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for preparing meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. while a dining table provides space to gather and share meals.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom includes a full bath with hot water, a bathtub, and a hair dryer. Towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided, ensuring a comfortable and practical stay.

Amenities and essentials
You’ll have Wi-Fi throughout the home, as well as air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and safety features include a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Please note there is no carbon monoxide alarm.

Outdoor living
The highlight is the oversized oceanfront terrace, where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the water. With direct beach access and a private entrance, it’s easy to flow between indoor comfort and the shoreline beyond.
