The check in experience kind of set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. The first time we stayed here, they were much friendlier and attentive. This time we were ignored completely until my husband spoke up. Then we were told we would have to wait while the computer turned on. Mind you, this was the afternoon.

I had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and felt just like a home away from home. I really appreciated the full kitchen, comfortable bed, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
