Our room was nice but there was no safe or drawers. The continental breakfast was just ok as any other hotel I stayed at has a lease fruit to eat with breakfast. Charly said she just did not put it out.

No fault of the hotel, but due to location, it was very noisy from highway, lasted until late at night, and started very early in the morning. This issue alone may keep me from staying at this hotel in the future. Also, I miss having a coffee pot in the room! Like my morning cup.

Nice place

It was really nice the front desk was AMAZING very nice too. They recommend really good resturants to go. The breakfast station was good as well. Only thing was the smell, especially on the hall ways smelt musty and kinda like cigarettes mainly musty.

Tis was my second time at a Tru. They use some sort of product that leaves a strong odor in the rooms. I hate the smell. My window shade broke twice, in the down position, and I love natural light. The staff did their best to help, but I am done with Tru. I don’t like their style.

The hotel has a sleek, modern design with a beautiful gray color scheme that gives it a fresh and stylish look. The lobby and common areas were well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, upon closer inspection, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. While it appeared fine at first glance, it was clear that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. This was a bit of a letdown, as cleanliness is a top priority for any hotel stay. Despite this, the hotel had great amenities, and the staff was friendly. If housekeeping improves, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Overall the hotel was very clean except the elevators smelled like body odor (everytime we used them, probably 3-4 a day) the hallways to the rooms smelled really bad of what I can only describe as body odor type smell. The elevator was so hot like the heaters were on in them and the ac was on everywhere else. There isn’t enough lighting in the rooms themselves and they are VERY bare like no life to them.
