Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Great place in a great location. Pool area was amazing and water was warm. Parking was a challenge, but we were able to coordinate with other guests to move cars around. Roosts can be loud in the middle of the night, bring your white noise machine!

The sofa probably needs replacing and the kitchen needs some help. Needs more utensils but we really didn't cook. I would definitely rent this property again.
