We had a luxury room which was far from luxury. On the face of it, it looked great, but the reality was far from luxury. No storage for clothes, patio doors had gaps in which let cold air in and room became very cold. No hearing in building, we were there during a cold snap. Bathroom was set for disabled use, shower head very low and water leaked out into bathroom.

This was a low budget make over. This is no deserving of a Marriott property.. I have stayed at Marriot autograph collection properties and this doesn't measure up. It makes we question if I should trust the Marriot Brand.

Key west get a way.

Trip was very nice. For some reason at 2am I got up and room was at 60 degree's. So I opened the door and check how cold it was in hallway. Seemed as cold as in room so I did not complain and wake up wife while doing so. Besides that very nice place and will return.

Worst hotel no facilities no response

There is no hair dryer, no swimming pool access after hours, main door look is not working. Ironbox is also not working. Its a waste for the price.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel in the prime location of Key West. This trip was a part of a longer trip and this hotel was the best out of the other places we stayed. I was a bit skeptical due to some poor reviews but we had no issues with anything. The room was specious and clean. The hotel has nice pool and deck area. Check in was easy. They have parking for $35 a day. The hotel is not cheap but there is nothing cheap in Key west. If you planing to stay in prime location be ready to pay big buck.
