This is the perfect Key West location! Historic charm right off Duval Street. Drew greeted us and was amazing at accommodating our arrival time changes. Happy hour was a bonus! Vodka & cranberry with 2 types of wines. We were there on one of the coldest nights of the year and could not get our heat to work in our room. A hot shower and blankets fixed that. We were able to take our breakfast bagels to go another with some juice and hard boiled eggs. Another nice bonus! Other than the room heat, it was a great stay!

Lā€™air climatisĆ©e fonctioait toujours lorsquā€™ils nous ont donnĆ© la clĆ© de la chambre et cā€™Ć©tait trĆØs humide et froid. Le lit Ć©tait comfortable, la chambre propre. La rĆ©ception ferme a 17:00 et nous ont dit que la porte avant serait barre, quand nous sommes revenu de souper elle nā€™Ć©tait pas barree.! Cā€™etait TrĆØs bruyant!

Staff was welcoming but accommodation were awful. I hate how whenever I book through hotels.com or Expedia Iā€™m always given the worst possible room. The floor was coated with a slippery thick wax that took me a while to clean up. The walls are paper thin. We did not get any sleep. Everyone congregated outside our room for the continental breakfast and woke us up early from 8-10:30 am. Was absolutely no way to get a restful sleep if u want to sleep in. For this price I would never stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Genevieve welcomed us and congratulated us on our 30th wedding anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. The guest house provided complimentary continental breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Both exceeded expectations. We especially enjoyed the front porch and upstairs veranda as a quiet place to sit and enjoy our drinks. Lā€™Habitation Guest House is in a very convenient location to walk to most attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Drew checked us in and was so gracious and helpful! Our room was very clean. The service staff was so nice. Hotel is in a great spot close to all the action but still quiet. We walked everywhere, did not move our car once. Breakfast was nice too, we got our coffee and bagels and had it out in the patio. It was only a one night stay but we enjoyed it very much. We hope to be back soon!
