Welcome to The Secret Grotto! This spacious 3,300 square foot home is located on nearly a 5,000 square foot lot and feature 4 over-sized bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room, huge chefs kitchen, large pool with grotto water feature, secured off street parking for 2 vehicles, centrally located, just a short distance to the beaches, great dining options, bars, museums and much more!

Layout:
Downstairs is a great living & bedroom with full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom a stunning chefs kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances that include a 48 inch Viking gas range, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, built in steamer, a wine cooler and Cherry cabinetry.
Outside 2 large sliding doors you will have access to your full fenced yard with large lagoon pool with grotto & waterfall. Outdoor sun-loungers, chairs and outdoor dining area for 8 guests.

Upstairs you will find all three large en-suites as well as the laundry pantry with full size washer & dryer.
Primary Suite- King size bed, sitting chair, dresser, flat screen smart tv, private balcony, large double vanity, shower and jacuzzi bath tub and spacious walk in closet.
Guest Suite- King size bed, sitting area, dresser, flats screen smart tv, full bathroom with shower/tub combo and large walk-in closet.

Incredible stay!

Everything about this property seemed too good to be true, but the house was even bigger and better than it seemed in the pictures! It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to reply to any questions we had.

the perfect stay

We really liked the house, everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were lovingly made, so that after a long journey we felt "at home" straight away. Furthermore, the house is located in a quiet and very pleasant residential neighborhood, so you can perfectly relax by the huge pool. A very special thank you goes to the property management, who made the problem of the malfunctioning pool heater theirs and, after the spare part was on backorder, installed a new heater within three days, so that we could enjoy our stay with all amenities until the end. Thanks again!!!

Absolutely perfect

This property exceeded our expectations in many ways. Location - quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The house is huge and furnished with high end furnishings and appliances. Especially loved the under counter ice maker. Pool and back yard were beautiful and private. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. Immaculately clean! Would highly recommend.
