It starts with the check in and Bryan was great, in valet. super helpful. He assisted arriving and departing he gave us water, open the door, and even filled my ice bucket. Next comes my Check in and the front office: Jacob was friendly, professional and kindly gave me late check out which worked out perfect for my flight. Denise was awesome as well she checked in my sister. She got her the same floor with me and late check out. Five Star Service! Everyone in the hotel was friendly and greeted me when I walked by. I had a great stay and wouldn’t mind coming back all from the service I received. I liked my room. I was on the 3rd floor even number rooms face the roof, I didn’t like that but I loved the corner room. Bathroom sink had a slow drain. Housekeeping just replaced my towels and nothing else.

Honestly, I thought this was going to be a luxe hotel stay. But I was disappointed. Mattress was on the hard side and pillows were awful quality and hard! We didn’t check in till 6pm, paid $46 for resort fee which covered my 40 minute pool experience - at 6.45pm pool attendants start blowing whistle and tell you to get out of the pool. Which is open 11am- 7pm only, not great if you have kids with you. Pool is also situated with busy roads on two sides- why? Photos make it look upscale- it’s not. I paid for a room with a Mountain View, there were mountains in the distance, but reality was a view mainly of huge car park and two busy roads and strips mall?!! Won’t be coming back.
