The room was very clean, the person that check in us was very polite and nice. The room included a fridge, but the fridge was very noisy, they change the fridge, but it was noisy as the other one. The pool was closed.

The advertised indoor pool ( whole reason we chose this hotel with our kids) was closed for renovations. They should have advertised as such. Rooms need updating…broken bathroom tiles, hair dryer falling off wall, actually hair dryer didn’t even work. The breakfast was terrible and was definitely less than described. Communication was a struggle due to non English speaking staff. The false advertising was the worst part especially because I based the decision to stay there on the amenities for my children.

Very rundown. Literally get what you pay for. Hallways dingy, smelled and it had food on the floor. Room was clean but the shower floor was cracked and looked like they tried to patch it. We tried to get money bank and the hotel refused to call back Expedia to help for refund. Very disappointed in customer service.
