The property is on the older side. As soon as we walked in there was a horrible smell coming from the drain in the kitchen sink. I had to cover it with wet towels to help get rid of the horrible smell. It’s quiet and a bit on the further side from the strip.

It Isn't A Bad Place To Stay

The stay was fine; the property was nice and had lovely amenities; the appliances worked in the room and I was pleased by the size of the tub in the bathroom. The main drawbacks are: 1, location. This is pretty far from the strip; it made for a quiet stay overall but Uber was pricey to get to the fun stuff. 2, service. House keeping was offered on demand and we were granted 1 free cleaning for a weeks stay. We were told to call 24 hours in advance to schedule it; which we did and the cleaning staff never showed up to clean the room. The office also has no staff during the hours of 7pm till 7am; so if there is an issue you have to call their emergency line; made a 6am checkout difficult. Overall the property is nice but for the amount paid I'd hope we'd get a free breakfast at least once.

Need working outlets by the bed. And adjoining rooms allow to much sound in. We heard our neighbor blasting tv until 3am. And could hear him on the phone. My husband and I felt we had to whisper. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

This was supposed to be a luxury resort and it was anything but that. Upon entering the pool was closed. The gym was tiny with machines that didn’t work. In our room there was a broken chair and our shower didn’t work. They upgraded us to their sister facility which was wonderful in comparison. Do not stay here but look into Tahiti village.

Very bad experience we could not get in our room we had to go back and get key re done and came back up still did not work. People in the next room having a large party in and out of the suite awful experience. Bathtub dirty. Not very helpful at front desk except a young male. He was pleasant. I would never come back again and I would not recommend to anyone.

Easy property to find with adequate parking for everyone. Very secure with multiple rounds of security truck. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and had adequate amenities for the weekend. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again

When we got there it took well over an hour to get to our turn to check in, then they didn't have a room for us. My family reserved two rooms, then they tried to put half of us at another hotel. We stated we couldn't do that, we all came in the same car. They then found a room. The next day they said there would be an additional charge because the room we were in was an upgrade. We checked our reservation, the room we were in was what we reserved. No apologies, blamed us for messing up our reservation, not sure how that is even possible. We reserved two rooms that were the same and they wanted to put 3 of us in a smaller room with one queen bed.

There are 2 properties less than a block apart. That was confusing. The property on Lindell was great. The other property I do not recommend as much. Although service was great, the other property kinda seemed like it was gated in differently and reminded me of being barred in for security. That made me a bit nervous. The staff was more than accommodating when we asked to be moved to the Lindell side. Highly recommend this location for ease of transportation to Vegas tourist sites and privacy.
