Beautiful property, super clean, friendly and helpful staff. All other guests were quiet and respectful. Loved the text communication with staff, hassle free if we needed anything, immediate response, made checkout handy, and they texted when there was a special event for us to attend on St Pattys day in the lobby. We enjoyed being outside of the strip area, especially with young adults with us. Tons to do on the property, swim, play in the games room, grab a free coffee or hot chocolate in the amenities area. Need a car because there’s no shuttle and not much to walk to (7-11 was a bonus however for slurpees and beers!). Most definitely would stay again. Only complaint was that the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable, and 2 adults would not have a good sleep on it. But the king size bed in the master was exceptionally comfortable!

Our stay at Desert retreat was an amazing experience.. just like being at home . Swimming, game room, laundry room and a full kitchen was a must.. especially for kids. Thank you for everything i truly appreciate it.

I liked that I was able to text staff to ask for housekeeping items, and to ask any questions. The suite was spacious. The first night I stayed here, the heating didn’t work in my unit and it got so cold that me and my family had trouble sleeping. Staff was apologetic and came to fix the issue the following day, but I wasn’t offered compensation or a partial refund or anything for the inconvenience. Because of the heating issue and how the issue was handled, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Overall our experience was positive. We were there for a funeral so it wasn’t about running around. Our room was Noisy…during different times of the day. (Outside commotion hammering/pounding 🤔) The TV kept blacking out, yet coming back in both the bedroom as well as the living room area. The dryer did not work at all!! However the five days we were there we felt comfortable and safe. We will return!

Our stay was good. Condo is nice. We were annoyed because we drove 8hrs and got there past mid night. We checked in and taking our stuff upstairs unit. We had not even been there 5min and security shows up to our door about noise complaints. I was like are you kidding me? We just got here and hadnt even had a chance to put our stuff away. We did not have small children so no one was making noise.

Purchased as part of a travel package so the deal was absolutely unbeatable for what I got. Loved that the property is gated between 6pm-6am, has 24/7 staffing and security - felt very safe as a solo traveler. Only issue I ran into was a leaky sink when I ran the garbage disposal but they fixed it within the day while I was out, and I couldn’t figure out how to run the dishwasher (didn’t seem to have power to it) but overall a really great stay! This will be my top choice of hotel anytime I travel to Vegas.

Great spot off the beaten path.

A wonderful option for people who don’t want to be too close to the mayhem of the strip. A cheap Uber right away from the action and a very nice spacious modern place with everything you need. The only thing I didn’t love was the gated community; I was not quite sure what to think of those given it is fairly uniquely American thing and I sometime feel less safe because they feel there’s a need for them, but I guess that’s the USA. But overall, a very good experience and highly recommend it.
