Loved that the place was spacious and had a full kitchen. The best was awful. Also I had called before I booked the room to confirm the gym hours, the woman on the phone said the gym was open 24 hours but when we got there we were told gym hours are 5am - 10pm. We were pretty bummed about this

I love this property, it was very spacious, clean, quiet, very close to the alligant where we was going to the Concert at that Saturday. This property is off the strip, but close to the strip at the same time, the staff very friendly, great parking. If you have been to Vegas, and done the strip thing, which everyone should do at least once, then this place is for your subsequent trips. Private, unassuming, fully loaded condo with everything a home away from home should have. Close to everything, yet without the hustle and bustle of the strip, or even an off-strip property. I found it by chance, having passed in front of countless times, and never noticing it as a place to potentially stay. Well, now I know. When we come to Vegas, this place is it from now on.

Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything and ensured all our needs were met. The only thing we weren’t to pleased with was the pressure once we arrived to go to concierge and felt sales pressured to sign up for a vacation club tour. I feel that it should be suggested and let the guest decide if they want to go on the tour and not feel pressured that we have to sign up right there. We lost $40 due to deciding not to go on the tour, but overall this should be an option not more of a sales pressure tactic. I do have to say aside from that the entire experience was amazing and would recommend anyone to stay.
