Front check in lady maybe spoke 5 words. Room was fine had a roof view. Mold in the shower. To get a parking pass you need a players card so gotta go get it. Housekeeping was outside she was very friendly. Elevators are fast so that was great. Overall it was fine i would stay there again but would want a better shower

They put me in a room on the 4th floor right next Fremont Street experience. Loud music playing until 1am. If you plan to be out that late, then no problem. I should of asked for a different room and that's on me.

The rooms need to be updated. T v very old the room has a old smelt to it. The pillows are flat.And when you use the cooling system, it has a smell to it. Other than the oldness of the building in the rooms and the quality.As far as technology being old , thestaff was amazing. From check in to check out.The staff was beyond amazing if you bring your hotel up to the standards.How amazing the customer service is.The staff is, then it will be five stars
