Couple staff not really helpful, But Andrea (if I’m remembering her name correctly) who assisted me when I was checking out was completely awesome! This hotel is new and was very clean. The customer service from Sharon upon arrival was some of the best in the business. This is conveniently located to walkable shops and restaurants and the airport shuttle was perfect.
