The shower head was shooting water every until my son move the shower head around, the tv didn’t work, we were trying to watch tv and a message came up, “check cable connection “ so we just want to turn it off but we couldn’t the tv stayed on, we have to called front desk, “ the room phone didn’t work either,” they can send someone to turn off the tv, we can’t sleep with any lights on, and they did they sen a guy to fixed it. I believed that the cleaning personnel need to report this kind of issues.. I stayed here before and no problem but this time was a little issues and the floor looks like they didn’t vacuum the next day

Our check in was terrible. We were in a large group & every one of us didn’t get the type of room we reserved. We were all put in smoking rooms. After a long time, it was sorted out. The rooms, pool, restaurants & casino were all fantastic! The only complaint was a few of the staff of the front desk.

The initial trigger for this undesirable review was I had to wait well over an hour on Friday night for check in… very inconvenient. The thing that greatly increased my irritation was (despite what happened on check in), this hotel refused to grant an hour of flexibility on check-out (to check out at 12 instead of 11).
