The checking in at the front desk was very easy smooth no problems. The wait time was fairly reasonable. The rooms were clean the staff is very helpful and friendly it's overall good experience staying at The Palace station. It's like one of the Vegas casinos that still has the old traditional Vegas hospitality and you can't go wrong with any station casinos in Las Vegas.

We asked for a room change as our room overlooked the roof and we were told that we could not change rooms. We were charged an additional $100 at check in, and it was not explained to us that it was a refundable security deposit so we were confused as to why we were being charged extra. The sheets were not changed after the first nights stay and the bathroom toiletries seemed to just be thrown onto the counter haphazardly. We were woken in the middle of the night by a couple in the next room having extremely loud sex, which was very disturbing. There was a lot of loud running up and down the hallway around midnight. On a brighter note, all the security guards that we encountered were polite and very helpful. We do not plan to stay at this property again.

I showed up with my child. I had selected for them to assign the bed type (king vs 2 Queen). They put me in a smoking room and then made me pay to upgrade to a non smoking. Nothing said smoking room when booking.
