I did not like the hidden resort fees and room tax. I had a really good rate for a nice room, but the rate was overshadowed by resorts and extra room tax. I like the old Vegas where rooms and food were inexpensive.

Everyone was friendly. A/C was excellent in the room as well as nice and hot water. The TV was not working, within minutes the technician was up to solve the problem. The bathroom shower enclosure, tile, caulk has seen better days.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our one night stay. The resort is right off the freeway...easy to get to. Parking was free! It was nice that we didnt have to walk through the Casino to get to the checkin desk. Room was a bit smaller than other resorts we have stayed at in Vegas, but overall, it was a good stay.

We upgraded to a Petite Suite and it wasn’t worth it. The room was smaller than some of the other rooms on the upper floors. The layout was bothersome due to the fact that the sink and vanity is right next to the bed so when one gets up in the night the bath lights are in your face. Also plumbing makes gurgle noises and the room above us was noisy at 2 am.

Exceptionally great

The gentleman who checked me in was amazing and made my trip a much better experience. I had originally used another popular 3rd party to book my stay in advance and they made it extremely stressful and I convenient. I’m grateful I switched apps and chose to stay at Palace Station vs another hotel which was also stressful. Front desk made the rest of my trip incredible.

Felt at home. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love staying here. The strip is too busy and frantic. Brought a friend and we had so much fun. Restaurants on site is great also. Especially 24/7 .
