The property is lovely and we really love the Red Rock Casino. I'm a local but live out of the city and needed to stay here for an early medical procedure. The VIP section of the hotel is quite nice. Very well appointed and the benefits are a plenty. I didn't get to enjoy them, but there are many reasons to upgrade. The only complaints I have is the thinness of the walls. The doors slam really hard and people were yelling and screaming all night long. Even my closest neighbor was loud. The room itself was quite nice and loved the pillows which are real down. I've been searching for that exact pillow for years. All in all a lovely stay and I would highly recommend Red Rock Hotel as a great alternative to be away from the strip but still have the great nightlife that Vegas offers. The staff was very professional and kind.

All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Also I love the food court and hope more gets added. I wish it was a non-smoking casino. Lastly, I wish the beds were more comfortable.

Great handicap stay

The hotel was quite accomodating. I had a knee scooter and really appreciated the ease and crowds being less. All i would suggest is better shower wayer drainage.

Well my car was stolen the same day I arrived. I reported everything to police, hotel security, and to be honest the resort was ambivalent. I needed an extra night since I had to get a ride home and they charged me another $278 for the extra night. Will I stay here again hell no

Property was okay, i wouldn't necessarily use the term luxury. It wasnt super easy to get around with several bags on the carpet, pretty far from elevators, but thats understandable as I booked day of.
