The front desk staff was awesome, Rueben for being so new was excellent. The hotel was fantastic, clean and wonderful. Loved the room, casino, bathrooms were very clean, the movies, bowling alley so much to do. I will be coming back again next year. Stayed 7 days and the price was super. Oh, Eric the bell person was so friendly and helpful. Go Eric! Great job Sunset.

Great value

Beautiful large pool, but no jacuzzi or spa. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Restaurants are more limited but adequate. Entire staff friendly and room was large and clean. Also pool hours are limited (10-4:45)

This was our 3rd time staying here. We like it because it's not on the strip and there are plenty of things to do inside the casino. There are also plenty of dining options in and around the casino.

TV issue

TV situation was horrible. It says to use the browse bottom on the remote and there wasn’t a browse bottom on the remote. Inputted my fire stick, it worked fine but the volume stay at 100, called the front desk and they send someone only to tell me there’s nothing he could do because the tvs come programmed like that, something about it was a commercial TV (1st time hearing that BS). Other than that it was an ok stay
