The place was newly remodeled and very clean. The front desk staff was a bit rude during check-in, but fortunately, I didn't have to interact with them afterward. I really appreciated that Tower 5 is conveniently located next to the parking garage, making parking easy and access hassle-free.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and every time the experience is wonderful. Only issue I had this time around was that there was only one working elevator in my tower due to renovations and there wasn’t an ice machine on my floor. That said, I appreciate the regular free shuttles to the strip and the quality of the room itself.

We liked the showed and the tub, we also like the living quarters. We didn’t like the fact that we had to pay get our room serviced cause we were staying six days. Parking was terrible and no valet or luggage carts. Dennys was cold and no heat.

I would definitely stay here again. Too bad it was in January because I’m really looking forward to getting into the pool and the lazy river. The food in the bar was very good and the rooms were very clean and spacious. They had a shuttle that took you to a couple of places down in the middle of all the casinos which was a nice bonus and they left every 30 minutes until 11 PM. The only downside is that their little kiosks where you could buy medicine or water or things like that we’re closed very early.

We enjoyed our stay here, the only reason im not submittimg a 5 star review is because our check in experience was miserable! We upgraded our room through Expedia 2 days before check in. Once we got to the resort my husband checked us in, we got to our room only to find out it was the wrong room. We went back to the front desk and spoke to them they argued with both myself and Expedia for 30 minutes before accepting my receipt, and confirmation of our room. During this time my kids had to sit in the car, I wasn't feeling well etc it was ridiculous, we finally got it worked out and they changed our room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. My advice would be that if you upgrade your room that you call and verify before you get to the resort.

Nice Hotel, Spacious room....but no heating

Beautiful hotel and room was amazing. This is the second time we stayed here. it was amazing 1st time but unfortunately this time the heater was not working and would not shut off and continue to blow cold air in winter. Water from the shower kept going into bathroom floor and flooded the bathroom every time we take a shower. Someone needs to level the floor correctly. Lazy river pool shown in pictures was out of order both time 1 year apart.
