Vents in the room were disgustingly dusty, I’m talking thick chicks of dust. I am pregnant and was sneezing and coughing. The shower constantly clogged up. The AC cannot be controlled by guess so I was forced to be hot and pregnant. 2/3 elevators did not work in an 18 floor building. Again, I’m pregnant and either had to wait forever for one elevator or take the steps to my room on the 9th floor. Everyone trying to checkout at 10am was insane with the elevators. Also charging $150hr for a late checkout is insaneeee! Stayed 5 years ago when it was Diamond Resorts and it was great. This stay wasn’t so great. I do like the location distance to shopping, strip, and airport.

Pre-check in registration made it super easy once we arrived in Vegas. Walked up to the counter and was all checked in with my room keys and welcome packet within 2 minutes. Parking was very close and easy, hotel grounds were very clean and all employees were very nice and helpful.

Normally we have a great experience but this time was a little different. Dinning table stand was broken, made it difficult to eat on and couldn’t set a laptop down to work. Head board on bed was also broken. Dressers top drawer was also broken. There was No extra toilet paper, in the bathroom. Had to go downstairs to get an extra roll. Aside from that customer service was great, and property/room was very clean.

Staff were quite professional, friendly and good-humored. The facility itself is top notch, from the decor to the condition of the entire suite and its contents. The primary bed was quite comfortable, as was the sofa bed. The location is exactly what we want for proximity to the strip without the chaos. Pricing is quite fair. We will be back.

I loved the location, off the strip, but close enough to drive or get an Uber in. We loved the loungers in the pool and never felt crowed while swimming. I did not think the pull out bed was comfortable, but liked the extra space and kitchen. vs a traditional hotel. We could smell the food the neighbors cooked and that was not fun, since there is a weird shared entrance the smells were trapped in the second shared small hallway. Not sure the reasoning behind a door to a double door. But overall would stay there again and probably go for the 2 bed suite next time. Also a bonus we got some coupons to bowl at South Point and had a great time doing that!
