The room was clean, the hotel was presented well and had a nice aroma when walking around. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There are lots of things surrounding the hotel, so plenty of places to eat/drink & do activities. The room was quite cramped for the price paid, but I am not sure whether that was exclusive of this hotel or just a problem that is common in London.

Spotlessly clean hotel and room in a lovely setting, convenient for access to the O2 or Excel Centre. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient.
