I would say Palmer lodge is one the best lodge I have ever seen in London. Staff are excellent and also lodge is very trendy and well decorated. They also have free breakfast in the morning and very nice bar and restaurant. They also allow me to park. I would definitely recommend this lodge

Nice but over rated. The bed was comfy and had privacy with the curtains was great. The lcoaction sas good as it had a bus stop right outside and a 30 minute bus ride to Marble Arch. Negatives: the food at the bar was false advertising as I tried to order but they said it needs to be a group prebooking. I was very angry as being a solo female I had to go out after dark to find food. The staff were okay but a bit blunt. Many reviews mention how the nights were great etc, however I only made two friends and no one else spoke to other people. The room was dead silent and people all ignored you, even the ones who were solo travellers which was a shame.

Thank you for a great stay

Staff very friendly and approachable. We had so much fun and booked an extra few days. Has everything under one roof. Self catering kitchen, bar and restaurant, showers (even hairdryers) board games for the children. Lifts and great cleaning service. Minutes from bus and train routes.

Easy accessible hostel (bus stop right outside)

Super comfy beds, warm rooms and breakfast with plenty of refills. Self catering kitchen, bar and restaurant. Staff are really helpful. There was someone always around to help out with any queries. Best shower ever! We went for the ones in the basement and the flow is great much better than what I have at home. Friendly atmosphere. I've already been recommending to my friends.

Service was great, nice and politely! Check-in was very quick and without any problems. The whole hostel is kinda oldschool but seemed comfortable. We would definitely come here again. :) (The toast was a little bit dry but we liked the croissants)
