Woken up by fire alarm going off had to evacuate. Staff were slow to give out information. Noisy pipe work vibrating when other occupants above were using bathroom

Very quiet despite location between Heathrow Airport runways - no outside noise whatsoever. Easy walk to hotel from Terminal 2, bit farther from Terminal 3 but still doable. Room was good size, comfortable furnishings. I guess they expect people staying at an airport hotel won’t bother to unpack - there was no dresser, not a single drawer in which to stow things. Also, lighting at the bathroom mirror was very poor - impossible to stand without your face being in shadow.
