The shower head needed cleaned in order to make the head not spray everywhere and there was not bottled water in the room as we're used to having in Hiltons in other countries. Otherwise everything was pretty much as expected.

There are two hotels at Heathrow airport with the same name , it’s a £24 taxi if you reject the wrong one on your travel app and the taxi driver told me it happens several times every day .

When I went to the hotel, I was sent to another hotel in terminal 5…40 minutes away by foot. Then I was told by those staff my room was at the original location! It was very frustrating. I was exhausted and alone so I felt unsafe walking outside by myself in error.

With a flight cancellation they refused to change the dates if the stay even though they were empty. Other hotels routinely do that but this one wouldn't. Bad customer service when there's are other options is simply bad business sense.
