We love this hotel so very much. We always stay here the night before our early flight back to USA. It is the perfect place to decompress, enjoy wonderful food, with a view and have a restful nights sleep. And it’s just a small walk to the terminal.

Amped up signage elevates excellent experience

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, ostensibly to catch an early morning flight the following day. The first time we had great difficulty locating the property because of the poor signage in the airport. This time the signage was quite ample making navigation between terminal three and two easy. The lobby is easy to manage, the restaurant is quite good, and the rooms are lovely. An excellent choice for the purpose.

Recommend to stay but not the food prices!!!!!

Lovely welcome at reception. Room clean apart from old looking stain in front of mirror. Good size room. No water in room but tea and coffee. No bath only shower which we knew and suits us. TV in room. Croissant (small pre packed) in reception area £8!!!!!!! Expected it to be expensive but that's ridiculous!! Restaurants and bar also overpriced. We walked over to M&S food in the terminal and ate in room. Much easier and cheaper. Quick key drop check out. Brilliant location for Heathrow T2. A few minutes walk only. We stayed the night before an early flight and would definitely stay again.

Very convenient and walkable to terminals 2&3. Staff at reception were excellent, and very helpful in accepting left luggage early on the day of check-in to allow a full day in London. The room was well-appointed and although, unfortunately, lacking a bath, the shower was both effective and easy to use. The selection for dinner was somewhat restricted, but the quality was reasonable, and the Breakfast, from 6 AM, was actually very good.
