I stayed here in a suite the night before my wedding, it was nice spacious room and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and nothing to fault. I didn’t get to use the pool area so can’t comment on facilities but would stay again.

Horrible and avoid it

Hotel is outdated, dirty and loud. Rooms don’t seem to have been updated since the 80s, furniture is damaged, stains all over the place and finishing of the rooms is very poor. Children running through the corridors and door with no soft close makes the whole night very loud. Avoid this hotel and stay at the nearby premier inn

The property is in a good location to access London and other attractions. Good walking distance to the town high street for shopping and dining. Staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times. The rooms are a little dated in decor and paint work. But overall a comfy nights sleep in a good bed.
