I did ask for twin beds for my daughter and i, but we got a double, but it was fine, room 621 was OK although it had a very musky smell to it, perfume sprayed helped a bit..

Love the fact the literally the bus and train station is across the street, place is very modern, clean . Room are comfortable , good customer service, is a little far from London center but has train station across the street.

Overall a good experience. Good location for Abba voyage but not so much during a tube strike. Good breakfast, comfy bed. Quiet room, effective black out curtains. Shower would have been good but was broken so had to be held. Bedside tables too small & very flimsy

We are an older couple that stayed for 5 days in Canning Town. The hotel is right beside the underground station which was wonderful when we arrived back exhausted. The staff was incredible, kind, personally caring and professional.The only negative I could say was the lack of storage drawers in the room. We adapted and used our suitcases and slid them under the bed. This hotel was well priced, had a great vibe in the bar/ restaurant area. We would never stay any where else if going to london

Perfect location for the O2

I stayed with my daughter as going to the O2. Incredibly convenient to the venue and the hotel is literally across the street from the tube stop! It’s also only one stop away from the cable car station over to the O2 which was great, we’d never been before :) The room was comfortable with a great bathroom mirror when getting ready. The bar staff and staff at check in were all super friendly and helpful. It was a late finish but we felt safe going to and from the venue. Will def stay again when attending events at the O2!

Staff was great -- always available and friendly. Someone must have trained them to say "yes," because they always did. Rooms aren't big but designed really well and efficiently.

It was modern and cozy. For and drinks were available 24 hours. The staff was awesome! They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were cozy.

Great

Lovely hotel elwith very friendly and helpful staff. The bar staff make amazing cocktails! Breakfast was nice, lots of variety . The room was very clean and comfy. The air was a little bit confusing to use at first but there was a QR code with a handy guide. All in all, a very nice stay.

Fantastic location for The O2

Stayed for a concert at The O2 with my daughter - fantastic location opposite Canning Town tube station and only one stop away from the venue. Clean and comfortable room with everything that you would need, would definitely stay here again
