The bed was uncomfortable, there was noise from pipes or similar type throughout the night, and the bathroom had a very strong damp smell. On the plus, it was very conveniently located for the airport.

dinner options were very limited. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with pubic hair visible on the floor and in the shower. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, significantly affecting sleep quality.

I had a very disappointing stay at London City Airport Hotel. Check-in took far longer than it should have, and my room had no hot water in the shower. We raised these issues at checkout, but were told to contact Hotels.com directly. When Hotels.com followed up with the property, the hotel claimed no complaint had been made. We then contacted the hotel ourselves, but staff refused to provide the name of the receptionist during our stay, refused to let us speak to a manager, and even refused to say when a manager would be available (which tells me everything I need to know). Overall, the combination of poor service, unresolved issues, and lack of accountability made this a very frustrating experience. I strongly, strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The check-in process was very long. It took nearly 10 minutes when I was in a rush. They were asking for a lot of personal details, which I was not comfortable giving. In comparison, when I checked into a Travelodge, I only had to tell my name. All night, every few minutes, it felt as if something hit the hotel and the whole room shook, possibly a nearby passing train? I could also hear people in the neighbouring room talking. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean. I didn't like that they didn't provide camomile or mint tea. The only option was black.

We recently stayed here, and our check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk attendant was not welcoming, and the process took longer than expected. The entrance door dragged against the carpet, making it difficult to open. In the bathroom, the floor had a noticeable dent, and there appeared to be mold in the shower area. The bedroom also had an unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to breathe. Although the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, we will not be staying here again. Do not recommend.

The room & bed were small. This was quite a pricey hotel, so I was very surprised to find that breakfast was not included, but would cost £15.99 extra. The hotel was very convenient for London City Airport, being only a 7 minute walk away.
