Can't expect much more for this price. I was content. Just needed a place to spend the night. You can hear the sirens of police cars and ambulances driving by, the TV screen had some dark spots on it, so you couldn't see the whole picture. And it it was not completely clean but good enough for me: bathroom and bed seemed clean.

You pay for what you get

Pros: Quiet. Great location. Comfortable bed.

Cons: needs a face life and cleaned in the places only your mother or some one with ocd would.

Location: Tesco superstore is a ten minute walk. Sainsbury's local across the road. Westfield shopping centre ten minute walk. Undergound ten miniute walk.

First off, I booked the sapphire hotel, but when arrived a sign on the door told me to go 7 down to the Pearl hotel to check in - once there I was told that I would be staying at this hotel and not the sapphire and that they are both the same chain of hotels. I wasn't that bothered I just wanted somewhere to sleep and rest. There was no streaming service or dvd player as listed (but again not fussed about that!) I booked this place because I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. This hotel has had quite a few bad reviews online. I can't say it is the best place I have stayed in but it certainly was not the worst! The hotel itself does look a little worn. The room itself was fine in size, the bathroom was incredibly narrow, but it had what I needed. It was a very quiet room, apart from every guest walking past in the mornings on their way to the breakfast room. The breakfast wasn't great - but you don't have to have breakfast there! Alot of people come on here to complain about things. I can honestly say that I had no issues at this hotel. Again, is it the best place I have stayed? no. Is is it the worst? NO. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few nights without spending alot of money, then this place will do you well. Great location. Friendly & helpful staff (although it seemed to be different people every day - so you might not be so lucky) Worn and aged hotel, but it doesn't stop you from having a good nights sleep.

Terrible experience

I didn't even stay there! I've been taken 7 doors down the road... very disappointed At all times there is nobody in reception in case an assistance is needed. We came to check in and we had to wait ages because nobody was there, then we were told that the booking wasn't on the sapphire hotel?? I took my phone to check and it definitely was. Then the guy said it's a mistake and my booking was 7 doors down the road.... it was middle of the night and we were tired so no point to argue. We were taken to that hotel and the room was not up to standard, dirty and very very dusty. We stayed there 2 nights and we had a train to catch on the early hours, but then there was nobody in there for the check out. We have waited about 40 minutes and at the end of it I just had to check out with a nice cleaner lady as I told her we had to go to not miss the train and to let the "reception" know about it. And at the end we still missed the train because of the early rush hours and had to buy train tickets again to go on the next one or to wait till the off peak period to honour the expired train tickets but we just needed to be where we needed to be on the time we needed to be! Hence we bought two train tickets for £110 combined.... all this is why? Because somebody said it's a 24h reception while it wasn't.... so not happy

Ist nähe der Tube Station , für den Preis ist das Zimmer ok . Das Frühstück ok könnte aber noch Käse oder Fleisch geben.

We stayed for 4 nights and were pleased with everything. The staff was very kind and helpful and the hearty breakfast kept us going well into the afternoon.
