We had a long layover at London Heathrow so we decided to get a room here and explore downtown London. We weren't at the hotel other than to sleep but it was very nice. Only thing that would have been nice is if they had an airport shuttle.

Day Staff and fantastic managed by a gentleman, breakfast is a treat and again staff totally helpful, kind, well spoken who really ensure your breakfast experience is a great one, food selection top notch. I would recommend staying here and when I fly into London for 4 or 5 days this is where we stay. Public Transport is great from just outside. I enjoy staying here
