The rooms are very outdated, the box spring did not have a bed skirt,the carpet is old. There are food trays outside of the rooms that seem to be there for quite a while.

Close to airport. Needs a few updates to furniture and carpeting. Has refrigerator for your convenience and large room/bathroom. No free airport shuttle but can make arrangements for a shuttle or uber easily. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!

This hotel is quite a distance from downtown London, requiring at least a 1 hour journey on public transport (bus and train). The room itself was clean but very drab with a poor functioning AC and mini fridge. Other issues with the room were promptly repaired by a very capable maintenance guy (broken wardrobe and safe). The furniture is scraped and desk chair very uncomfortable for my work needs. I would not recommend unless for a brief visit close to Heathrow. I was there for a 5 night business travel. Not up to Marriott standards in my experience.

Pros: good location, efficient check in, good sports bar. Good size room and bed. Cons: awful pillows & hot room = poor sleep. Asked for additional milk for hot drinks but not received. No standard tea bags or caffeinated coffee in room, no shower gel for a wash. Stain on carpet in room like someone had bled in There ! Busy reception for check out so couldn’t advise of the issues face to face. Not impressed by my stay. Many other options on Bath Road to choose from. Won’t stay here again.
