Good - staff very good, food/drinks excellent. Bad - check in should have been 2pm, we couldn't check in to room till 3pm. Bath robes were stated as available in our room, no bathrobes, I asked at reception, staff said no bathrobes available.... Both of these above were reasons i booked this hotel.

Arrogant rude staff

My operatives arrived after a 7 hours drive at 10pm at night, hotel rooms prebooked and paid for. Receptionist was very arrogant and rude! Although the operatives could show bank cards with their names on they were refused check in due to no photo ID. I am a platinum customer of hotels.com for over a decade and not once have my operatives been shown away. It took myself calling the hotel at 10pm at night to talk some sense and logic into this jobsworth who finally agreed to allow my operatives to get to their room and finally have some sleep. The over all way my staff were treated by this hotel was disgusting! Had I not still been awake these men would have been stranded at 10pm at night in London with no hotel. Disgusting!!

This hotel is very quirky, an old Grammar school. The room was comforable and cozy, and the bathroom anc shower was huge. The hotel is convenient for transport and is 5 mins walk from Olympia.

Lovely hotel

Had a lovely 2 night stay here, room was clean and well presented, bed was comfy, even though our bedroom overlooked the delivery entrance and a main road it wasn't noisy at all. A lovely traditional hotel and good location within 10 mins of Hammersmith tube station.

We only stayed one night but it was in a good area and only a 10 minute walk to amenities and transport but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was nice and clean and cool I don’t like using the air-con but it was so warm we had to our room was a bit like an attic room.My only complaint was the pillows were to soft for me and the bed was too hard so didn’t sleep very well but what they could do is have a sheet underneath the duvet because the duvets I always find to hot I usually just sleep with the bed sheet underneath because most hotels usually have one that’s why we had to have the air-con on because even though we had the window open it was too hot I would prefer a fan in the room.We didn’t use the restaurant because was a bit expensive for us and didn’t have breakfast because it was included in the price of our room. I was a bit annoyed that they charge £100 deposit on the room which you have to pay when you sign in I know you can it back when you leave if you don’t break anything or you don’t charge anything to your room but I think £100 is way to much I’ve usually only paid about £50 but it annoyed me because when I booked the hotel in Expedia it never mentioned a £100 deposit only stayed here because went to an event at Olympia so wouldn’t stay here again.

St. Paul’s hotel was lovely! It was the perfect English hotel with all the modern amenities, including air conditioning in a hot summer. Totally walkable to two metro stations and within walking distance to nearby Holland Park, Chelsea, and Kensington High Street. Water, coffee, tea, espresso all in room! Quiet and next to St. Paul’s Park, which was delightful. Overall an excellent, clean, comfortable hotel with great service.

This is a charming hotel not far from the V and A Museum. Our room was well appointed and the staff was very helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time but they put our luggage in a storage area so we could explore until the room was ready.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to a venue in hammersmith, we were not disappointed. It was a wonderful charming hotel with a whiskey bar, restaurant looking out onto a green space and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful with my daughter and I. Thank you for looking after us.
