Place needs some work

This place really needs some work. It could be a really nice condo but the overall condition was kind of sad. Several walls were patched but not repainted, kitchen floor was cracked and the floor molding was rotten, back door was apparently rotting and not fixed or painted, the front windows would not stay open and had to be propped up, the carpeting was spotted.I have pictures which I will forward. For the price we paid, would not stay here again.

Bay area delight

Great location in an older condo unit. Great fishing off the docks and nice pool area. Unit needs some TLC but fine for a short vacay.
