Many items needed to be replaced. I had to buy several kitchen items. Shower in bath needs repair. Show lots of wear.

Waterfront Dolphin Watching

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was as depicted but is somewhat showing its age. Could use a painting . Appliances are older but functional. Great waterfront view. Nice building with two large pools and large hot tubs. Laundry is on the floor. Five restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to lots of restaurants and amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our week stay.
