This hotel was a wonderful surprise in Brickell, Miami. The Atwell suites were very well designed, quiet, and most comfortable. Located very near Brickell Center, it was also very convenient to shopping and some excellent restaurants. We booked last minute, and having stayed in Brickell before, we had no idea what to expect from this hotel. But I could not praise the Atwell Suites more enthusiastically. They were simply terrific and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite but I was surprised to see there was only one full bathroom for both the rooms + one half bathroom. The doors did not close, they had no lock or anything. The kitchen had a mini fridge, a sink and a microwave but no cutlery or anything to use on it, which was not convenient as we were traveling with an infant and a toddler. The phone to call the lobby was broken.

The space appeared haphazardly remodeled, as though efforts were made to command premium pricing or be perceived as upscale, yet the attention to fine details was clearly lacking.
