Everything was very clean and nice, but the mattress was very thin and hard. It made for a difficult night’s sleep. There was not a lot of space in the rooms, which reminded me of a very small cruise ship cabin.

Very hip vibe - boutique hotel feel to it. Room is quite small but it was perfect for my needs. I loved the bed and the tablet which controlled practically everything (operation of lights, curtains, room temperature, television, cleaning, check out and more)

The staff was not knowledgeable about the parking structure that they recommended’s refund policy. The instructions provided are not clear and caused me to be charged extra before I figure out how to request a refund on the parking.com site. Very poor customer service for the cost of this hotel.
