It was very cold called every day to make it warmer was never offered a space heater. Upon checkout I saw several guest with heaters. Rooms are small. Must request towels. Should be standard in a room of the cost. I felt they were prejudice because I forgot my purse in my room on day of checkout. I just asked if I could go get it but others of other race were helped before me.. the day blinds were broken. They fixed it once and broke again within ten minutes. I also requested room to be cleaned no one ever cane

Very small room, almost like a cruise cabin, price was high for a 4Star hotel, limited staff Bed was against the widow, the first guest had to crawl up the bed to get to the other side. No daily room cleaning, all would have been ok if it was not at this price

Room ok view to the east good. Never could get the room warm enough during a cold spell. Sort of a European theme and motif. Folks were friendly and helpful. Short taxi to cruise terminal.

Room was clean. But I underestimated the size, really smaller than expected even reading reviews and sq footage. The mattress was also pretty awful. I did not love the iPad for controls, or the fact the window shades would seemingly randomly close. The hotel was overall very nice and clean. The rooftop bar was absolutely fantastic with an incredible view. Super close to almost everything you could need and walkable.

We stayed the night at the CitizenM in downtown Miami, and the location was perfect. It offers easy access to the Metromover and is within walking distance to Bayside. It’s also located in the Worldcenter Mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants—couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel was clean and offered many great amenities. The rooms were a little tight, almost like an interior cruise ship cabin, but they worked well. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back for a quick getaway.
