Some of the staff was really nice and they took care of our knees while I was at the hotel the names of these people helped us Euendy goey Reun, Neiha Rosario,Silueir erss Nice I might not spell the name right those are the people was very helpful. This person here Jose did not help us and we tell them that we had problems with our bathroom while he was working and he did not do anything to help us and then somebody was trying to scam us with food and passing out flyers in the hotel and we went to the front desk and told them and he did not help us the scammer took our money for food.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was clean. Wry close to the Miami cruise port, and there were several places to eat and shop within walking distance.
