Property is very clean and smells so fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location too. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel since I was there only two nights and Uber reliant. Thank you. Would definitely stay again. Also my bill was adjusted within a couple of days from security deposits.

My go to hotel in Miami if I’m only going to be th

I am in Miami often and I usually stay at this hotel, it’s nice and quiet but still close to lots of things to do. Carlo who works the lobby bar and bistro is amazing and I’m always happy to see him when I come. And the front desk staff, no matter what shift, are always superb

For the most part the staff was very accommodating; there was a staff member who left a bitter taste. I found the property to be very well maintained and easily navigated. The food was well prepared and delicious with a variety of items. The staff members were polite and pleasant. Great experience after the sour note at check-in.
