Overall very good stay at good price. Pool and cabanas are lovely, friendly accommodating staff. Very clean and modern. Convenient walking distance to Yacht Clubs and downtown Coconut Grove. Bathroom for 2 queen room was very small, promised bay view was more like a city view.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and night life. The marina is beautiful. The room was very clean and had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but OK. Staff at check in was very nice and willing to help. Only downside was parking is valet only and costs $38 per day.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff members were. The ladywho handles the coffee and breakfast orders was especially wonderful—friendly, efficient, and a great start to each morning. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were clean. However, the double rooms felt quite small, and the sink was unusually tiny, which made the space a bit inconvenient. The view from my room was also rather disappointing. With a few improvements in room layout and aesthetics, the experience could be even better.

Outstanding place to stay for Opti regattas as walkable to regatta park, area is safe and can walk to a multitude of restaurants. The only issue I have is breakfast. The food is fine, but it takes a lot of time to get your food and when there with kids who are participating in events, need to find another option. Fortunately across the street from Fresh Market so we prepare our own breakfast in room.
