Nice property some staff were good some & some not , house keeping came and cleaned room but never cleaned floor it was dirty & left old towels also inside the closet .

The property and stay were great; however, the television in the room shut down every 30 minutes while watching. We could not finish a program without resetting. We contacted the staff, and someone came to repair the issue four times with no success, so we dealt with the problem until check-out. Other than this, the room and stay were great. (Four day stay)

Miami fun trip

Everything was excellent. Very happy with the room and the staff was great. The only problem I had was I heard noise in the morning outside my room on the 10th floor. When I looked out I had maintenance people on my balcony painting so I was unable to open my drapes for about an hour which was super annoying.

Only valet is offered but even during low traffic weekday hours it was an absolute nightmare to drive in or out. The constant honking in the valet area is enough to drive any non local insane.
