The hotel itself was nice. We just had a cold room. The register would not put out heat. We notified the front desk. They offered to move us. My roommate has a lot of health conditions and had fallen sleep. So we didnt move out the room. I suggest the hotel staff should check to make sure the air conditioning and heat are in working order before renting it out

I had trouble getting our room serviced. Only cleaned room, made beds after I complained. Had to go down and get towels. Stayed 5 nights. Very disappointed with room being serviced! Everything else was great! Best hotel breakfast ever!
