We arrived early so we knew our room would not be ready but they let us store our luggage and took my cell phone number indicating they would call when room was available. We went out to breakfast and did some exploring. Still no call about the room. We sat in the lobby for 45 minutes hoping to get the call. After watching a few families arrive and get their room keys I approached the front desk and asked if our room was available yet and she said yes. I inquired as to why we didn’t receive a phone call about it and the young lady working the front desk simply said “well that arrangement was made with the man and he left”. No apology or I’m sorry - actually she just laughed when I asked again why we didn’t get notified that our room was available. Not very good customer service. If I hadn’t gone back up to the front desk who knows how long it would have been before we were notified about our room - if at all.

Clean, spacious, great customer service!

This hotel is great!! I booked this hotel for one night as we were going on a cruise and flying in a day early. We were checked in by Alex and his customer service was top tier. The best I’ve seen from a front desk representative. There was 4 of us and I booked a double room. Alex gave us a complimentary upgrade to a queen suite! The room was spacious and very clean. There are tons of food within walking distance. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Pros: bathroom was spacious. Room was clean Cons: Ridiculous to pay so much for a hotel room and add $40 for a parking fee on top of that. Uncomfortable pillows. Lamp shade all cracked up. Furniture stained. No smoking room but cigarette burn on tv stand.

Located near all the good food and shopping

We absolutely loved where this hotel was located in Miami. It was close to about everything the staff was super helpful and kind and they gave a lot of recommendations on where to eat great food near by. The room was spacious for our family and we even enjoyed the pool while we were there. The only negative I would say is there laundry room needs a huge upgrade in case guest need to do laundry. The machine was very outdated and didn’t wash or dry well. Lastly the parking fee was outrageous $30 per day per car was a little much for us. But aside from that we would consider coming back for everything else.
